All students of the school are members of the library.

Identity Card is compulsory for entering into the library.

Only school diary and the Library books will be allowed inside. Librarian is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.

All students are allowed to borrow one book at a time for a period of 7 days.

Students are advised not to issue books to others on their names.

Library books can be issued and returned during Library period of the class only and not in any teaching period. If anybody is absent during the library period please return your book the next day morning before the first period or after the school that is 1.30 p.m.

Students are requested to handle all library property carefully to avoid damage to it and also not to disturb other students.

Students should not mark, underline, write, or tear pages or otherwise damage the library documents. If anyone is found doing so, he/she will be charged the full replacement cost of the resource.

If a book is lost, a market price has to be paid.

Books borrowed should be protected from rain, dust, insect, etc.

No Library material can be taken out of the Library without permission of the Librarian.

Reference books will not be issued to any student. It can be read only in the library room.

A ‘No Dues Certificate’ by each student is to be obtained from the librarian while withdrawing any student from the school.

Complete silence should be maintained inside the Library.
